01. It reads the posting
And pulls out what is actually being asked for, which is usually three things buried in twenty lines of boilerplate.
02. It drafts against your resume
Only from what your history already supports. It rewrites how something is said; it does not invent something you did not do.
03. It stops
Every application waits on a review screen showing a diff of every change and why it was made. Nothing is sent while it sits there.
04. You approve, one at a time
Per application. There is no bulk mode, no queue that drains itself overnight, and there will not be one.
Read one before you trust it
Four worked examples, each showing the posting, every change proposed against a resume, and the reason for it. The companies in them are invented on purpose — attaching a fabricated resume diff to a real employer would misrepresent both.
